What we collect

When you fill in the free-call form we collect your contact name, clinic or business name, business type, number of branches and staff, province, phone number or LINE ID, what you want to fix, your message and the result of the leak calculator if you used it, plus where you came from (utm and referrer), so the team knows what to get back to you about.

What we use it for

We use it only to get back to you about the call and the services you asked about. We don't sell or disclose your details to others for marketing. Phone numbers are encrypted before storage.

The leak calculator

The calculation runs on your device. The numbers you enter are sent to us only if you submit the request for a free call.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to measure which pages help and to measure ads. They load only after you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. Essential cookies, such as remembering your cookie choice, don't need consent.

How long we keep it

We keep request data only as long as needed to get in touch and propose services, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights
