CoreUp advises clinic owners, from preparing a new clinic and coordinating doctors and clinic paperwork, to planning marketing that targets real sales and closing sales on doctor days. We take on clinics nationwide.

We believe the consultant and the system must go together: the consultant changes how you work, the system locks the new way in, and the numbers prove it. The system we leave behind is a back-office used in the browser and installable as an app on a phone or iPad, while your customers manage their own bookings in LINE.

    Move the appointment book into the system first. Don't change tools and ways of working at the same time.

  • Staff must benefit before the owner

    Teams that don't trust each other resist a system that looks like an owner's spy tool, so we start with what helps the people on the floor.

  • Measure before changing

    For the first two weeks we collect a baseline before changing anything. Otherwise results can't be proven.

  • Money and queues go through conversation

    Commission and queue rules touch people's interests. The consultant guides the team until they accept, then puts it in the system, rather than announcing it.

  • Confidentiality and neutrality

    In week 0 we agree with the owner that staff answers are confidential and the owner listens to the results.

  • Leave the clinic able to run on its own

    We train an in-clinic system owner before we leave. The goal is that you don't depend on us.
